I am a somatic practitioner working at the intersection of body awareness, nervous system regulation, and energy-based practices. My work is grounded in the understanding that lasting change does not happen through insight alone, but through the body’s ability to feel safe, present, and connected.
 

I support people in reconnecting with their bodies through breath, conscious movement, touch, and attuned presence. Rather than forcing release or chasing catharsis, I create the conditions in which the nervous system can soften naturally, allowing stored tension, emotional charge, and protective patterns to unwind in their own time.
 

My approach is experiential, trauma-aware, and non-invasive. I work with the body as an intelligent system — one that holds memory, meaning, and the capacity for self-regulation and healing. This work is especially supportive for people navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, creative blocks, or periods of transition, as well as those who feel disconnected from themselves despite extensive personal or therapeutic work.
 

I see the body not as something to fix, but as a doorway to clarity, vitality, and authentic expression. Each session is a collaborative process, guided by the body’s cues, rhythms, and needs in the present moment.

Somatic Alignment

Regulate the nervous system. Return to the body. Restore inner balance.

The work I offer is a deeply somatic and energy-based process focused on regulating the nervous system and releasing stored tension in the body. Through a combination of breath, conscious movement, touch, and presence, we work directly with the body’s memory — the places where stress, trauma, and unexpressed emotions can remain held for years. This approach is not about fixing or correcting a person, but about activating the body’s innate intelligence to self-regulate, restore balance, and heal.

 

The work is suited for people who experience:
 

  • chronic stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm,

  • disconnection from the body, difficulty to relax or feeling present,

  • or a sense of feeling “stuck” despite mental understanding.

 

The process supports the release of physical and emotional armor, restores the natural flow of energy, and cultivates greater presence, clarity, vitality, and authentic self-expression.
 

Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation

Breath as a bridge between body and mind.

Breathwork is integrated as a key tool within somatic sessions.
Through specific breathing patterns, we calm the nervous system, access deeper states of awareness, and support emotional regulation.


Breathwork helps to:
 

  • downshift from fight-or-flight

  • restore clarity and focus

  • release stored emotional tension

  • reconnect with the present moment
     

Each breathing practice is adapted to your system and capacity — safe, grounded, and intentional.
